Natalie graduated from Brigham Young University-Hawaii with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, and she holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Utah. Her passion for working with individuals with disabilities is inspired by her experience growing up with a sister who has a disability where she provided hands on care, helped her family navigate the disability system, and always assured her sister had choice in her decisions. Prior to support coordination, Natalie worked in a school setting, working with children and adolescents from 3 to 18 years old, including roles in an after-school program and an alternative high school. In her personal time, she enjoys hiking, visiting the beach, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
