I can’t even put into words how much we love our support coordinator. Over the years, we’ve had experience with several support coordinators, but none like our current one. She truly is a gem. When we have problems, big or small, she makes us feel as if we are her sole concern. She is always patient, cheerful and caring. She listens so carefully, and then she always gets everyone’s input as she reunites us as a team. She has never told us that she is unavailable, or unable to help, and she seems to have some amazing resources as she works to help our son. Timpanogos Supports is a terrific agency.

Finding Timpanogos Supports was a blessing during a confusing time. We interviewed several support coordinators and had such a good feeling about this company. We definitely made the right choice! Our coordinator has encouraged, supported, informed and guided our family and helped us make the right decisions for our son. Her genuine and professional character is always a calming force for us and her knowledge is refreshing. Just knowing she is there as an advocate for our son whenever we need her brings this momma’s heart peace. We can’t imagine having any other support coordinator.

My experience with Supports has been exceptional. Having a child with profound needs can be overwhelming and isolating. Our coordinator, from day one, has not only provided fierce advocacy for support for our family, but she has been someone that clearly cares deeply about the work that she does. When things get hard for us, she works harder. She sees the struggles and comes up with creative solutions. She doesn’t hesitate to take on our complex situation and helps to somehow make it manageable. She’s also been a listening ear, offering hope, when things seem to hit a dead end. Our family is deeply grateful for her role in our son’s life for so many years.

We have had the same support coordinator for many years.. But she is much more than that. She really knows our son’s needs and often makes suggestions to make his life more comfortable and meaningful. She recently helped us get him into a group home. I was VERY hesitant to do this but she walked us through every step of the way and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions we could have made. She has become a great friend, advocate, and sounding board for our family.

Our coordinator has been absolutely amazing in making sure that our child has every service and connection available.. I don’t know what I would do without her! She texts and visits regularly, will attend IEP mtgs when I ask, and has given options for future housing and programs, as well as pertinent information for support. She’s fabulous!!

Our coordinator makes sure we are able to access all of the available services…she knows them inside and out. She genuinely cares about us and our child. She helps us understand and navigate this complex system. She understands the system and the services within very well.
She has become much more than our Support Coordinator she has become a family friend and someone we look forward to meeting with and discussing our child’s needs and progress.

We have had the opportunity to have worked with Timpanogos Supports for many years. Our coordinator has become a vital part of our daughter’s development. She is part of our family now. She has given us so much kindness, guidance and compassion. She is very knowledgeable about the different programs and opportunities that are available to us. We have the best Support Coordinator, Amber Foster. She has been excellent. And we truly feel that she cares about our family. She attends meetings for our son such as IEP’s and she visits him regularly at school talking with his teachers to discuss any needs they might have for him. She has taken great care to help us navigate our way through this system that is vital to helping our son function better in this world.

We have found Amber Foster to always be professional and attentive to the needs of our son and that of our family. She has served us for more than 6 years, and we have never had a problem or concern with her services. If we ever need to contact her, she is always prompt in replying to us. She will drop by our son’s school unannounced so that she can check on his staff, safety, and progress. We would highly recommend her as a coordinator, she will help your child reach their true potential.

Amber makes us feel completely at ease navigating our son’s services. When we were lucky enough to have her assigned to us many years ago, we finally relaxed. She knows the system. She knows the process. And she knows how to get things done! Best of all, Amber is incredibly kind, caring and positive. She brings a bit of sunshine with every visit. Amber Foster has been our Support Coordinator for several years and she is absolutely wonderful. She understands our needs, is familiar with available resources, and does an excellent job of coordinating. There is no status quo when caring for a child with disabilities, and Amber is always on top of things, even anticipating additional or future needs, and helping arrange for funding, equipment and services. We love Laura! One of the best things about her is that she is real. She is a mom herself and understands family life, and the importance of advocating for your child. We have been working with Jan for about two years now. We are so grateful for her and all she has done for our son. Our son was diagnosed with severe autism. It’s been an uphill struggle for my wife and I to get him the proper help and support that he so desperately needs.

Laura has taken so much interest in getting Chase the additional help that is available. She is constantly suggesting available services, including setting up appointments then following through with calls. She visits the various sites to see how our son is adapting. Over the years Chase has had other Support Coordinators from various companies and we have always felt we were left on our own accord. We would get random calls from them asking how Chase was doing.

Even though our only contact with Timpanogos Support has been through Laura, we know that level of commitment and followup is taught from the top down. We look at it as Laura is doing a great job, when we do not need to contact her company directly.

Wendy has been an amazing support coordinator. She was heaven sent at a time when we needed her the most. Our son has autism, severe development delays, behavior disorder, and an ileostomy. He has been in and out of the hospital the last year with bowel obstructions, has had a pic line placed, and been on TPN feedings. While he has been so sick my health (his Mom) took a turn for the worse with an autoimmune disease. Wendy was great to take all my calls, hear all of my concerns, and answer all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable about all the options that are in the Uintah Basin. I feel Wendy was able to see our need and be a true advocate for our family.

I have had a support coordinator before……or at least I thought I did until I met Wendy! Wendy is very good at informing us of our daughter’s rights and lets us know all our options which have appreciated and never had before! She has the gift to see a need and find a way to find a solution. She is very caring and we know she always has the best interest for our daughter…and that means so much! I can’t say enough about how amazing she is! I am confident we are in the best hands possible! If she doesn’t know something she isn’t afraid to say so, but then proceeds to find the answer for us. We feel so blessed to have her as our support coordinator!

Melanie is a devoted worker. She is professional and kind, and advocates for her caseload. Melanie is able to find resources and ideas for her families. She communicates effectively with her clients and works to ensure their needs are met. We adore Melanie.

Sam is the “gold standard” of support coordinators. She is the complete definition of family support: so dependable, nurturant, kind, loving, conscientious, hard working, detailed, insightful, and fun!

We have known and worked with our support coordinator for several years now.
