What They Say
It is our pleasure to recommend Timpanogos Support. Our direct Support Coordinator is Laura Anderson. She has been such a delight to work with.
Our son was diagnosed with severe autism. It’s been an uphill struggle for my wife and I to get him the proper help and support that he so desperately needs.
Laura has taken so much interest in getting Chase the additional help that is available. She is constantly suggesting available services, including setting up appointments then following through with calls. She visits the various sites to see how our son is adapting. Over the years Chase has had other Support Coordinators from various companies and we have always felt we were left on our own accord. We would get random calls from them asking how Chase was doing.
Even though our only contact with Timpanogos Support has been through Laura, we know that level of commitment and followup is taught from the top down. We look at it as Laura is doing a great job, when we do not need to contact her company directly.
